Attended the workshop held by Issey Miyake with Jessie at Raffles Hotel. I meet  her at Cityhall MRT station before heading our way there.  When we reach the hotel, we kinda lost our way and need to ask the staff from the hotel for direction. Haha. 😛

Finally we get to our destination and register ourselves for the workshop.

The talk is about the new and first skincare range launched this year from Issey Miyake, focusing on their main item, La Creme de L’Eau. I like its fragrance it leaves on the skin after application and also the texture of the creme.

Face Bistro, 15.12.o9

Received an invitation from Face Bistro for their event on 15.12.o9. I went there with the girls despite the raining day.

 

Upon reaching, we register ourselves and we got their exclusive door gift, a 250ml Soigne All Purpose Mist – PicoWater. In addition, we get a chance at their sure win lucky spin and i got myself a Vecua Honey Luster Gloss Brilliance in regular retail size as the mystery gift.

  The demonstration starts at around 7.15pm on the correct application technique and after the demonstration, we were given a sample of Soigne Age Discuss Skindetail Serum to try at home.

Meetup with Wendy today at 12.30pm for the Bioessence Workshop held at OG Orchard Point from 1 – 2.30pm. As we were still early, we went to Centrepoint for a short walk before we head for the workshop.

Over at the workshop, we were introduced to the new 8 in 1 Bio Multi-Effect BB Cream which promise to create flawless, natural nude makeup with charm.

We get to try the range of products from Pine Pollen range. So we started off with using the cleansing milk to remove our makeup, exfoliator to remove dead skin cells, then followed by cleanser, toner and lastly the 24k Gold Perfect Brilliance Serum. This is to prep our skin before applying the BB cream and to better enhance the results of using the BB cream afterwards.

Indeed after applying the BB Cream, skin appears to be brighter & more radiant and the BB cream is reasonably priced at S$28.

Meetup with Jessie, Joanne & Wendy for the Lancaster party held at Tangs Orchard. I was the last one to reach cos i overslept. Lolx. 😛

Skincare Workshop at Institut Clarins, o5.12.o9

With the invitation from Herworld magazine, I went for the Clarins skincare workshop with my pals held at Institut Clarins, located at Wheelock Place.

Over there they introduced a range of products from Clarins & I gain a lot of valuable knowledge on how to better take care of our skin, giving them the best treatment they need. The Beauty advisor there are all very attentive & helpful.
